About Cara

Some of you know me as Ricarda, some of you as Cara. Either way works for me. I started this blog to share thoughts on the designer mind and how it can have an impact on business and society as a whole. As you can tell, I love design and I love to give. This blog should take care of both those passions.

A bit about me – I am an Experience Designer and Design Strategist. Over the last 10 years I’ve been working in the design profession contributing stellar (of course!) solutions to clients such as Ontario Power Generation, Avis and Budget Car Rental group, McGraw-Hill, Blue Coat, Wyndham Hotel & Resorts, Orbitz for Business and CIBC. Great clients – each and every one of them.

In my other life, I have two beautiful children and a great husband who supports me in all my endeavors. I am currently pursuing graduate studies in Interaction Design and Design Management. I sole proprietor of Boxspring Design. We serve our clients by providing experience design solutions.
